With a town planning permit already obtained by the client, our mission was to reimagine the interior of this subdivision. The original layout presented design aspects that were no longer optimal, including the integration of offices within bedrooms, calling for a comprehensive reconfiguration. By realigning structures to improve overall cost efficiency, the design extended to redesigning bedroom layouts, optimizing the flow of spaces, and enhancing circulation throughout the subdivision.
