Tasked with transforming the original design and layout, Rptecture Architects were engaged to redesign the exterior of Virginia Subdivision. Aiming to modernise the overall design whilst incorporating the timeless principles of golden proportions into the facade, a harmonised composition was achieved through well-balanced placement of windows and solid walls.
